University Plaza Hotel Springfield

Cool hotel, outstanding staff and excellent service. Exceptionally comfortable bed in suite with flat-screen TV, a microwave oven and a dining area. This accommodation was in the central location near federal courthouse. The poolside bar was good, loved this place. I came here for 2 nights and had a comfortable stay.

Staff was very helpful, location ideal, bed extremely comfy. The king room was convenient and luxurious. Relaxing hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. The great service combined with the great food. Plus their wifi was good.

The breakfast was good hot, the room was warm and convenient, we loved it.

We appreciated lobby, it was nice. The staff was helpful, we had an early check-in. Had quick continental breakfast with juices and also the omelet.

Loved that the hotel was interesting. Best staff, provided friendly service and where ready to help. The room I booked was very specious with the worst possible view, shower, a pullout couch. Restaurant was stunning and spotless.

Outstanding guest service, air conditioned room, good natured staff. Breakfast was fine - plenty of food and soft drinks. Efficient business location, within walking distance of Gillioz Theatre. Peaceful stay in the pretty area🙂

attractive hotel, my first choice in springfield. i loved every detail about my very lovely stay here during 1 night. extra comfortable room and a comfy bed. always apologetic, the staff were ready to help.

Fairly clean and the staff was sweet. Room had a spotless bathroom that we liked. The restaurant was reasonably priced and food was hot.

Its breakfast definitely could have been was n't included in price.

Overall, it's decent base for exploring Springfield attractions. On-site restaurant Terrace Grille was a bonus, had dinner there.

Disappointing aspect was nasty bathroom.

We really enjoyed this hotel and its nice rooms and the food. Breakfast offered a wide range of excellent meals. Bar staff had a real "can do" approach. Moreover, bonus was free WiFi. It was a 3-star property in every way.

We think it's a decent place for staying in Springfield. Late check-out too...

There was an problem with drain.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Gilardi's Ristorante that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We used the shuttle bus too.

There's a GREAT selection of restaurants to choose from, like Mcdonald's, set within 10 minutes walk or so. Really enjoyed that we had a heating system, a coffeemaker and ironing facilities in the king room.

Breakfast was GOOD and the team was helpful. The hotel's setting was right by such tourist attractions as hammons field.

We got room with a shower. Perfect location was a plus. Extremely comfy bed.

30 minutes' drive to the airport. will certainly stay here again, if in springfield.

Ebbets Field, which can be found only 900 ft away, was a fast option. The beds were comfortable in our room. Nice base for a city break in Springfield...
